All orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after we receive your order confirmation. In case of high order volume, processing times may be extended, and we will promptly notify you of any significant delays.

2. Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Our standard shipping estimate is 15 business days. Please note that delivery times are for reference only and may vary due to carrier delays, customs clearance, weather conditions, logistical constraints, or holidays.

3. Shipment Confirmation and Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email containing detailed tracking information. Tracking details usually become available within 24-48 hours after the shipment is dispatched.

4. Incorrect Address Disclaimer
Please double-check and ensure your shipping address is accurate and complete during checkout. JOYFUL HARVEST LIMITED is not liable for orders delivered to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer. If a package is returned due to an address error, reshipping fees may be applied.

5. Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package is lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date. For damaged items (given the delicate nature of watches), please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide clear photos of the damaged watch, its packaging, and the shipping label. We will review your case promptly and work to resolve the issue efficiently.

For international shipments, customs duties, taxes, or import fees may be incurred based on the destination country’s regulations. These charges are the sole responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product price or shipping cost.
